Project description
The project site is located in the heart of the city and in close proximity to the Metro service. This mixed use development consists of two office towers and a potential +200 room premium brand hotel.
The landscape design is developed to evoke a strong sense corporate identity while respecting the contemporary architectural character of the buildings and fragmented nature of the site. The design language has a clean approach that interacts with the architectural style and clearly defines spaces according to their functions.
The design provides for an attractive road front development along with a circular plaza at the main entry. An animated long corridor, a result of the site boundary, provides for pedestrian connectivity between the two parts of the site. Various outdoor activities are provided for within the large common open space through landscape features such as seating spaces, tree grid planting, water features, pavilion, and open lawn spaces.
