Project Description: GSA was retained by the City of Camrose to update their Augustana Neighbourhood Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP).
The ARP provides a long-term vision to preserve historic resources and the historic character of the neighbourhood while balancing new infill development that responds to the surrounding context. The project is supported through public engagement, , a review of development trends, and an urban design analysis.
