Overview & Key responsibilities
The Architect is responsible for supporting project design, documentation, visualization, and coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Working closely with project managers, consultants, and team members, the role involves developing design solutions, preparing detailed CAD drawings and 3D models, and contributing to presentations and technical documentation. The Architect also plays a key role in project coordination, including meetings, site visits, and stakeholder communication, while mentoring junior team members and maintaining accuracy and design standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and related software.
• Effective project coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in drawings and technical documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.).
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in project coordination and technical documentation.
