Overview & Key responsibilities
The Landscape Architect is responsible for independently managing key aspects of landscape projects, including design development, documentation, and coordination, while supporting Project Managers and Coordinators. The role involves leading design efforts, preparing and reviewing technical drawings and 3D visualizations, and contributing to sustainable landscape strategies. It also requires active involvement in project coordination, client and consultant interactions, and site supervision. Additionally, the Landscape Architect plays a leadership role in guiding team members, reviewing project outputs, and ensuring high standards of design quality and technical accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
• Strong landscape design and technical detailing abilities.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and related software.
• Knowledge of BIM/Revit coordination processes.
• Strong project coordination and consultant management skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.).
• Experience coordinating with clients and technical consultants.
