Project Description
GSA is currently working with Mackenzie County in northern Alberta to undertake a comprehensive update of their Land Use Bylaw.
The project involves extensive focus on stakeholder consultation including open houses, workshops, online surveys and in-person meetings. The updated Bylaw will incorporate new regulations for fire Smart initiatives, home based businesses, enforcement mechanisms, administrative processes and other issues identified through extensive stakeholder consultation process. A number of residential, industrial and commercial district regulations will also be revised to reflect market trends and local aspirations.
