Project Description:

Green Space Alliance (GSA Consulting Inc.) was retained by Pinto Properties Inc. to prepare and submit a rezoning application for the property located at 10742 – 86 Avenue NW, Garneau, with a total site area of approximately 0.161 hectares. The site is envisioned to be developed as a zero-parking building with amenities and services to support residents living without a vehicle. The proposed development will front onto both 86 Avenue and 108 Street and would have a maximum building height of 23 metres (approximately 6 storeys) with a 4.6 Floor Area Ratio (FAR). The development offers a range of living options from three-bedroom family-oriented units to studio suites with a total of approximately 95 units in total.
