Project Description: Green Space Alliance (GSA Consulting Inc.) was retained by Westrich Pacific Corp. as a lead planning consultant to assist them in the planning approval process for rezoning the property located at 11303 -105 Avenue NW in Edmonton for an existing six-storey building that at that time was under construction. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow an increase in the number of units from 86 to approximately 120. An amendment to the Central McDougall/Queen Mary Park ARP is required to allow the rezoning to proceed. The project was completed early in 2021.
