Project Description
GSA principal Dnyanesh Deshpande was invited by the Sustainable Planning Department at the City of Edmonton to organize and facilitate a half day design charrette exercise with select City Staff and other industry experts working on the proposed Edmonton Energy and Technology Park (EETP) project located in the northeast portion of the City. At the end of the design charrette, GSA prepared a summary report highlighting the emerging themes, the preferred long term development scenario, potential phasing options and a detailed three dimensional urban design vision for the proposed EETP project. The summary report provides direction for additional studies to be undertaken by the City for the overall EETP planning process.
