Project Description
GSA was retained by the City of Airdrie to assist in updating the City’s Great Places Plan, which provides long term direction for design, implementation and maintenance of open space systems throughout the City. The focus of the 2015 update includes revisions to the policy framework, mapping, background context and revisiting the overall document structure. Some of the key tasks led by GSA include mapping updates, document restructuring, and revisions to three key subsections such as major/minor nodes, linear parks framework and the implementation section.
