Project Description
GSA principal, Dnyanesh Deshpande, led a design charrette exercise with the City of Leduc staff, interested community members and industry specialists to establish a development concept for the proposed co-op housing project in the City of Leduc. The final deliverable included three dimensional sketch illustrations for the proposed housing complex. The design concept included the positioning of town houses around a central courtyard with common amenities.
