Project Description
While working at planningAlliance GSA principal, Dnyanesh Deshpande, led the preparation of an Area Structure Plan for the residential development of Athabasca Riverview Estates in the Town of Athabasca, Alberta. A variety of housing types such as single family homes, town homes and multi-family homes were carefully oriented to maximize the stunning views of the surrounding area and provide an appropriate transition from existing surrounding residential land uses. The proposed design also includes the creation of a neighbourhood park and an interconnected trail network along the eastern boundary of the site.
