Project Description
GSA was retained by Inca Ventures Inc. to lead the planning approval process for the Riverside Springs Estates country residential subdivision near the Town of Gibbons in Sturgeon County, Alberta. The subdivision design including the lot layout, road network and the extensive network of pedestrian pathways establishes a unique estate residential community with multiple connections to the natural areas and the Sturgeon River Valley. The Area Structure Plan and the Rezoning application are approved by the Sturgeon County council. GSA is also preparing the subdivision application for Phase 1 of the development.
