Project Description
GSA designed a landscape plan for residential development consisting of three high-rise towers that overlook a series of staggered landscaped areas. A manmade stream, proposed along the length of the site, creates a focal point that connects the series of staggered landscape areas. A meandering pathway following the stream creates a unique pedestrian experiencing through the provision of planting beds, shaded seating areas, water features, and lawns spaces.
